nothing to say about pays. it's good and benefits are wonderful

i don't know if it is a cons, but you have to works hard,

Good people to work with not afraid to listen but slow to respond they trust you and take your word on what you can do

Need to do more training of the employee and to make sure they are using the people in the right places
