I have been with Sephora for 19 years, and my tenure here has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and valued as a part of the team. Here are a few reasons why I love working at Sephora: The company culture is incredibly supportive and inclusive. My colleagues and managers are always willing to lend a helping hand and provide guidance. This collaborative atmosphere has made it easy to grow both personally and professionally. The company understands the importance of work-life balance and offers flexible working hours and remote work options. This has allowed me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. The PTO benefits are great especially for those who have been with the company over 10 years.

Cons

While I greatly appreciate the competitive compensation and benefits offered by Sephora, I feel that the company should consider adjusting salaries to reflect the higher cost of living in California for those that are hybrid employees.

fun getting gratis and hosting in-store events, meeting brand ambassadors/managers, socializing with clients

Cons

manager created a weird environment -- coaching moments were sometimes extremely aggressive for a retail environment; strict on not applying makeup to clients unless they purchase a service. once made me move from a disabled client quickly because I was "spending too much time with them" and to further boost the store sales. felt extremely unethical.
