      Monthly bonus if sales goals were met, tons of free stuff, lots of advancement opportunities, training seminars, etc

      Cons

      It seems silly, but they made you change your availability 3 weeks in advance on the computer and NOT in person, it was difficult to plan life around work because it's not always possible to know your schedule that far in advance, lots of favoritism, inflexible regarding the hours and availability.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
