Pros
relaxed no managers breathing down your neck. They teach you, they don't expect you to walk in and know all that you need to know. just wear a smile 5 products of face paint and don't look vacant in the eyes you are a step above some. for the most part everyone is pretty friendly. It is the beauty industry.
Cons
the hours suck for seasonal. its a what do you expect kind of thing. you clear see who they may hire on after the seasonal period is over given that that is the person on the schedule who can say they have a schedule.
