Pros
When i worked for Senturion for all of three weeks... the pros were that work hours were very good . the job persisted of full time pay compensation pay ( minimum wage) if your sales were not met ( sales minimum of four ) or 400$ worth of sales. Great opportunity for growth if willing to stand at a Walmart and or Best Buy and sell one of three products such as: Verizon Fios, Time Warner Cable and Direct Tv. I have seen the top sales reps make an upwards of 1100 $ weekly commission. There are sales reps in this business that more than willing to help you grow and succeed.
Cons
Opposed to the pros the cons are very self explanatory. If you do not meet the sales quota consistently and on a weekly basis you will be put into part time sales and coincidentally be paid minimum wage. There are a lot of office politics looming around and a very unproductive part of the work day is spent in the office playing games ( not joking).
