Overtime nothing else even that was forced

If you are looking for overtime, this company will provide it. However, in my personal experience, the workload and scheduling expectations made maintaining a healthy work-life balance extremely difficult. I regularly observed employees working very long shifts, consecutive days, and dealing with constant staffing shortages, which appeared to contribute to burnout and extremely high turnover. Management maintained a very strict and heavily micromanaged environment with constant inspections, trainings, and disciplinary referrals. In my opinion, employees were often treated more like liabilities than trusted professionals. I also found the disciplinary system overly harsh at times, especially considering the pay rates and working conditions. Benefits were very limited from my experience. Employees were responsible for paying for uniforms and certain equipment costs, and I personally did not receive sick leave or vacation benefits while employed there. Some posts were physically demanding and required extensive walking for relatively low pay. Communication and scheduling could also be inconsistent, which sometimes created unnecessary stress for employees. To be fair, I personally never received any write-ups or disciplinary issues during my employment. However, after several months with the company, I ultimately decided the overall workplace culture and management style were not the right fit for me.
