Sentry was a great place to be an intern as they didn't just want someone to take care of busy work. The onboarding was extremely informative and helped me to learn a lot about the industry, about the cross-functionality of the different teams, and even get hands on experience and 1 on 1s with someone from each of the different teams to have a deep understanding of the business flow.

Sometimes paper pushing, but that is pretty normal for an internship and it was mixed in with all of the other pros so not a big deal.

Nice location, beautiful facility, People in the shop were nice.

This place wasn't as advertised during the interview process and what I saw on social media. Culture lacked energy. Extreme employee turnover. Seems like there was a small group of long-term employees and then alot of newbies. Lack of clear direction from the top management. A number of employees said that the previous HR director was much better. Just wasn't a good fit for me. A number of employees felt trapped there due to the job market. Luckily I was able to find other employment.
