Looking to be bought out which happened

The benefits were pretty good. Work is straightforward. A decent amount of vacation days are given. The experience and training you receive is pretty useful.

Supposedly a team work motto, but none exists whatsoever. Management's main concern is with making numbers, while ignoring quality promised to clients. People hold vendettas against you for no particular reason. More like a telemarketing center, rather than a drug safety business. Management is clueless about the health care industry, nor do they care to understand the value of the work being done. Most rely on "the underlings" as they have no knowledge of the business or the basic principles of pharmacovigilance.
