      Pros

      Having worked at both a Fortune 5 company and founded a venture-backed startup, I can confidently say that SentinelOne operates both at the speed of startup but with the disciplined execution of a large company. New technology that we launch, like Purple AI, is not just a me-too, but is actually leading the industry in terms of providing actual security value and not marketing fluff.

      Cons

      Like any company, there is always room for improvement. A big focus of ours is continuing to put in place durable mechanisms that allow us to further scale the company in a nonlinear way.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
