Pros

From the moment I read the glowing reviews for S1 on Glassdoor, I was hopeful. After some time in my role, I'm happy to say that I feel the same way. The people and culture are personable and hardworking. Onboarding was easy and the benefits/compensation are generous. The product is highly rated and respected across the industry as well, and you can tell the people here are proud to be Sentinels.

Cons

The hyper growth mode S1 is still undergoing can lead to quick decisions and tight turnaround times for certain projects. Not a great fit for those that fear change.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Cons

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
