      Pros

      I'm only three months in, but so far SentinelOne checks all the boxes for what I look for in a company: - Strong Technology (ML/AI, Cloud Delivered, Manageable, Scalable etc.) - Culture (The no jerk rule - everybody is very collaborative, people check their ego at the door and we work together to win). We all love who we work with and coming to work each day - Business opportunity (Pre-IPO) - really exciting market with cloud delivered EPP/EDR and the move to a platform company. Reasonable targets that set up the teams for success.

      Cons

      -Not the most well known brand in security, -don't have the size and scale of many of our competitors, -no 401K match or employee stock purchase plan

      Cons

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
