      Pros

      For me, SentinelOne is truly a great company to work for. The combination of innovative, AI-driven technology and a strong focus on project-based work that delivers real customer impact and outcomes makes the work not only interesting but also meaningful. What makes it particularly special for me personally is the trust and the space you are given to develop yourself. I was given the opportunity to grow into a Director of Professional Services role, which is absolutely thanks to the support, trust, and opportunities I have received here. The culture is open, driven, and collaborative. Colleagues are always there for each other, and together we work with technology that matters in today’s cybersecurity landscape. It is an environment that challenges you while empowering you to perform at your best and genuinely enjoy your work every day.

      Cons

      Honestly, there are very few real downsides. If I had to mention one, it would be that we could be more visible and outspoken externally. We have strong solutions and proven results that we could showcase more often and with greater confidence.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
