I’ve really enjoyed my time with Sentes Automotive so far. From day one I’ve felt supported by both management and my teammates, and it’s clear the company genuinely cares about its people as much as it does its guests. The expectations are high, but they’re matched with the training, tools, and encouragement you need to be successful.
Communication is transparent, wins are celebrated, and feedback is welcomed. I feel like my ideas are listened to, and that my work actually makes a difference to the dealership and to our guests. The culture is very team-oriented and guest-focused, and there’s a strong emphasis on doing the right thing, not just the easy thing.
There are also good opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the effort, whether that’s developing new skills, taking on more responsibility, or working toward future roles within the group. Overall, Sentes is a great place to work if you want to be part of a professional, values-driven team in the automotive industry. I’m proud to be here and happy to recommend it to others.
