Decent compensation, extra vacation time for being a non-smoker
Cons
No 401k. Incredibly high turnover (both voluntary and not), even prior to Covid-19. Either they don't know how to find the right candidate, or management has unrealistic expectations. It also appears the company generally takes on more work than what their workforce can support. Management promises to help new hires with training and provide feedback on projects in real time, but either is too busy or routinely forgets.
