Pros
Very open and transparent culture, super smart people, strong executive team. I didn't agree with every decision (I mean, who would?) but I always found them to be thoughtful and strategic.
Cons
Getting bought by Verizon :( It's just tough to go from a tight knit, low-bureaucracy culture to a behemoth that massive.
