Very poor working environment/dishonest management - Anonymous employee Sensitron Semiconductor Employee Review

Cons - 2 week shutdown in July and week off in December are unpaid unless you are salary and have previously negotiated for 3 weeks vacation Upper managements head is completely buried in the sand. Delivery performance is horrible leaving customers dissatisfied and angry. Sales department is a mess and the person who runs that department is very dishonest and cannot effectively run a team.
