Good projects, great facility and infrastructure

Have to wear formal, communication with other departments might be difficult.

My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
