Extremely talented group that works well together. A mission you can understand and want to contribute to. Room to be creative and open with ideas. Doing something completely new.

Tight schedules. Normal schedule is out the window, but that is a startup when you are trying to improve an entire industry.

The company was consistently behind on payroll for months at a time, unclear expectations and directions from upper management, and poor judgment/strategy by CEO.
