Sensei exists by sucking up to Microsoft and that is about it. The CEO wants to increase revenue but does nothing to generate leads or create value for customers. Since the company is VERY small turn over rates are high and morale is low. Kenneth expects everyone to be his personal assistant and he makes no attempt to hide the fact that he does not like particular employees while parading his favorites. For a project management company, this place is a nightmare of inefficiency and no one seems to care. Career growth is absolutely non-existent since the company itself is being strangled to death by micromanagement and leadership uses shady business tactics like outsourcing work overseas or hiring "contractors" to fill full-time employee positions to get away with paying people less.
There is no VPN. IDS, A/V, or any other form of cybersecurity a "tech company" would have.
