Despite the challenges, Sense made it work with consideration from all fronts. Sense continued to expand, driven by their mission and strong leadership. Leadership has no idea what they want the company to be. They had a good idea with the original monitor, then had NO idea how to build a sustainable business with it once handed a massive Series C funding round, The caliber of leadership at the company is just not good enough to salvage what's left of the company after the trainwreck of a deal with Schneider Electric. Sort of a culture of toxic positivity despite obvious issues with the business. Layoffs handled poorly.
