      Pros

      Some technical skills can be picked up but you have to be proactive as no training is offered.

      Cons

      Felt I was bullied out of my job. I have never experienced such anxiety as I had whilst working here. I left with no other job lined up as I hated it that much. You're completely at the mercy of your team leader and if they don't like you, you are in for a hellish experience.

      - good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

      Cons

      - some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good

      Upper management, they are planning to close this MA plant and send all manufacturing overseas
