Heres how to spot the fake reviews: Skip any review with 4 or 5 stars, with a one-liner Pros. They usually have a 'Good or Great Company' as the title. Read the 1 to 3 star reviews that are genuine and actually have something to say, if you want to get a feel of how people and careers are slowly diminishing here.
Sensata has been aggressively leaving themselves high ratings, masking what they're doing to their employees. Theres absolutely nothing to do here, and were just waiting for our turn to get their awful package and leave. No manager cares, and it's a bad-show here. Just running around working on another project that will never make it out.

That's how an accountant CEO runs an engineering company, ruining lives of people who have worked here for years and have mouths to feed.
