Pros
Overall, I had a very positive experience during most of my time at the company. Many of my direct managers were supportive and strong leaders. My teammates were talented, collaborative, and genuinely great people to work with. There were strong opportunities for learning and career progression. Performance was recognised, and compensation, including bonuses and salary increases, was competitive.
Cons
There was a relatively high level of employee turnover during my time there. In certain cases, leadership quality varied, and as in many organisations, the relationship with your direct manager can significantly shape your experience. With more consistency in leadership and people management practices, the overall experience could be even stronger.
