Pros
I've been with the company for many years and never would have stayed if there weren't advancement opportunities or if the working environment wasn't professional and rewarding. This is a small company that has grown with its product as well as its leadership. If you are a dedicated worker and apply yourself you will be rewarded appropriately. The people who advance here are the ones who see issues and come up with solutions and work as a team or individually to resolve problems. They don't sit back and complain about everything and take no action. They also don't do the bare minimum or cut corners at every turn. The employees who advance, deserve to advance. This company is conveniently located, has a beautiful corporate office, has matching 401K and other valuable benefits, has a niche in the market and is constantly adding value to it's product. There are many veteran employees and many new employees that make for a great mix of ideas and wisdom.
Cons
With all small companies there have been a lot of 'growing pains'. Some very large projects were started and then cancelled. Although there were valid business reasons to change direction, I don't believe those reasons were adequately communicated to the employees and that caused unrest. I do believe that the company is headed in the right direction now and that communication has improved greatly in the last year.
