My office was pretty good about making sure you liked the people you were working with.
Cons
The pay is fixed. You get a starting pay with incremental small raises wish don’t even come close to inflation. I never asked for more but I got the understanding that it wasn’t really an option. Also if you don’t have a good work life balance they will squeeze you for every hour they can.
