Yet pay themselves “above average” salaries and bonuses. “Us” and “them” mentality between senior managers and staff. CEO and senior executives make mistakes often. No opportunity for professional growth or development. You will absolutely be treated as a cog in a machine. Culture of rushing projects through, no attention to detail or questioning of decisions. Culture of towing the line to the CEO’s position and senior executives will be let go when providing professional advice that doesn’t match the view of the CEO.
