Exec management always wanted everyone leaning and picking up new skills — this isn’t typical in a small financial services company. Camaraderie between most employees was high. Definitely left the company knowing they are legitimate friends — not just coworkers.

Pay scale for UW is too low. Not many, if any, genuine opportunities to advance within company. Most vacant middle management and senior executive positions are filled by outside the company.
