Pros
The people who do the work are great. Too bad they are taken advantage of so badly.
Cons
The owner treats the employees like dirt. Sets a terrible tone and culture. Blames other for her lack of success. Uses the company as a bank. All she does is lift weights and threaten to fire people. Product is stored all over the state, which is sketchy. No long term employees exist anymore. They are a threat to the owner. She lives in a huge house and lives a jet set life. All on the companies back. That would be fine if the company actually made money. No raises, even cost of living and not bonus/commission break down. I really think they make it up.
