Pros
The job is fast-paced and challenging but we have an amazing leadership team. Our VP is the most approachable leader I have encountered. There is no ego and he always makes time to talk to all 50(ish) SDRs on the team. He has built a leadership team mostly with internal promotions and ensures everyone leads with empathy and compassion. It also drives us to be better as we know the growth is there, we witness it every day. My manager (Katie) is a newer manager but is incredibly supportive and ALWAYS willing to help with any roadblocks the team is facing. There is a clear career path and attainable goals. I know exactly what I need to do to get promoted to AE and it's in my control. The entire team is very supportive and willing to share their successes and best practices. I consider myself lucky to have found such an amazing company.
Cons
None that really comes to mind. It's a fast-paced start-up so lazy people will not do well, but that might be more of a pro.
