Pros
At Sendoso you are never bored, there is a never ending list of activities and programs to work on. Everyone on the team is ready to get their hands dirty and work hard (even the C-level team). While everyone's priority is to get their job done, everyone is also friendly and personable.
Cons
Because it's such a new team there is a lack of process (like any startup). But management is super open so you feel very comfortable sharing any requests you have.
