And don't even bother looking at the benefits on their career page, you won't actually get any of those. As far as the executive team goes, nothing they do makes any sense. They spend money on stupid things, then won't pay for necessary things (i.e. new sales tools). When you bring ideas to them, they act like they care then it gets swept under the rug. High turnover, you'll either quit or be laid off within 6 months
