I miss working there. Senawave could be considered a "trigger" company that leads to a heightened sense of pretentiousness-- valuations of future employers and their non-monetary benefits seem subpar.

A poorly mismanaged, unorganized company!! I was hired at the beginning of July 2021 with the anticipation of working with Senawave long-term. After just 2 weeks in, I saw just how unorganized & disgruntled some of the other technicians were with management, the lack of clearly defined expectations & goals for the role as a Technician. After being told after 2 weeks of employment that their company funding did not go through & they had to lay me off, I shook my head is such disbelief that it only makes sense why others who have worked for this company have left with a bad experience.

Lack of clearly defined roles & expectations. Poorly organized communication between management & employees. Disgruntled employees are constantly vocal about unrealistic expectations for the company.
