      They care about their employees and seem to genuinely care about putting their employees in a place to succeed.

      Cons

      They recently switched their insurance company with the idea of saving money. Unfortunately, this company is very good at finding reasons not to pay medical claims

      The company is reliable, consistent, and stable.

      I'm unsure if there is a means to grow in the company. My position didn't have higher positions to reach for.

      Pros

      they give you 5000 dollars annual allowance to pursue education and certs (they dont actually give you the money, but they reimburse you if you successfully completed the course or get the certificate.)
