Mixed feelings - Software Developer Semilab Employee Review

Some bosses have only management experience, but zero experience in the profession. Despite the company ethics that straight out forbid this, there is way too much open political rant. Bosses never intervene as it aligns with their ideology. Very little to no training on professional matters, you have to spend your own time and put in your own effort to improve. Salary wise you lose if you stay, your experience gains are not reflected in your salary. Some of the open offices are dark, noisy and distracting with a lot of people passing by.
