Pros

-Owner/CEO are good people who genuinely care about the well-being of their employees. -Good work and life balance: not a high pressure work environment. -Good compensation balance between pay, work environment (see above), and benefits. -Hierarchy and egos are minimally present and don't play a large role in the evolution of the business. Opinions and feedback are accepted and appreciated from all levels of employees. -Leadership team is very self-aware of successes and failures.

Cons

-Leadership team has at times, failed to successfully execute on some key initiatives that has hurt the overall success of the company. -Mistakes were made in the formation of the company culture that led to some issues with employee morale, many resolved but some ongoing with work left to do. -Mistakes were made in the past with allowing under-performing employees to linger far too long in their roles before being let go which hurt the overall well-being of the company.

Pros

Great product, great vision. Good people at the helm. Leadership that is willing to make the tough decisions in order to deliver the results and growth. If you have a chance to get your foot in the door, work hard, be a team player, leave your ego outside the door and follow through and your promises. You will go far with this company if you can bring those things to the table.

Cons

Tough to leave a place that can be like a second home. Feelings can be hurt even if it is a business decision only. This should tell you about why some have left unfavorable comments. It isn’t easy to say goodbye even if it best for all. Company changes can be challenging. Embrace them as it is all part of growth.
