Pros
Great work load; varied amounts and great pay. If your in the right department it's an amazing company to be with. Amazing area of the world to live in. If the office culture weren't so bad It'd be the perfect job in the perfect place
Cons
Civil systems is riddled with sexist racist and homaphobic people with no incentive for a culture change. The diversity team refused to meet me and 4 others with issues so we all quit. Company was shocked by our reasoning. 8 months later turns out its all over site (BBC news article)
