1) The environment is positive and caring, all associates go out of their way to help a new colleague 2) After every event, there's an option to leave feedback and the feedback is actually read and action is taken. 3) The core values instilled into each and every employee are Integrity, Meritocracy, Respect, Positivity, Passion and Speed. 4) Data-Driven Management that improves one’s soft skills 5) Lot to learn it being a start-up 6) Tech Savvy work culture
