Pros
People culture is nice and warm. Staff that you work close with are usually open to conversation and coworkers tend to help you out if they can. It's usually not hard to take time off if you need it.
Cons
Compensation has always been an issue. It still feels like I'm living paycheck to paycheck after annual increases. Some staff in Director-level positions can communicate with their direct reports in a "toxic" way. After bringing this up a few times with the appropriate parties, it feels like nothing is being done about it. It's been over a month. Some teams needs more members to assist in workload, but they never seem to get more help.
