Pros
Free coffee. Snack/lunch room is decent. Friendly colleagues. Some very hard working people.
Cons
As many others have said, there is a bullying culture within the management team, driven by fear from above. The Executive Chairman in Switzerland is a narcisstic tyrant, who rains fire down on the regions, who then in turn do the same to their employees in order to satisfy him. A distinctly toxic work ethos from management who don't think twice about disturbing someone on their annual leave, expect employees to work longer hours than they are contracted to, or lash out angrily on group calls before hanging up without allowing any dialogue. Very strange corporate culture with a monumental "induction" package which is honestly like something out of a cult - it takes at least a fortnight to get through the dozens of "courses" by which point I think they expect you to be completely indoctrinated with their jargon. The HR manager is an absolutely terrifying emotionless robot; she has no regard for people's feelings and will quite openly talk about getting rid of people with no qualms whatsoever. Outdated computer systems and a genuine "firefighting" mentality to get by from week to week. Would not recommend unless you have no other options.
