Pros

I honestly can't think of a single positive.

Cons

This office was extremely dysfunctional. No HR department here to speak of! Junior level employees were left to fend for themselves, given little-to-no direction and treated very poorly. Most employees here leave or get canned within a year's time. The rest who stay are outdated graphic designers and art directors who have limited talents and ambitions in the industry. The high turnover rate here was definitely due to poor management. The mindset and poor attitudes of the creative directors at this place make it ridiculously bad to come to work here every day. I don't understand where their delusions of grander come from!? The equipment here is crap. Everything kept crashing because they wouldn't pony up the cash for a proper network. There is nothing elevated about this place. Most of the artwork I was told to board up for meetings was directly copied (not inspired from, but 100% copied!) images from the torn out pages of Vogue, W, and Harpers editorials. What a total bore. If the clients only knew how little creativity was actually in this creative agency, they would really consider moving to another agency.

Pros

- Great office spaces and locations in different cities (all are a bit unique and have their own flair) - For the most part, employees are hard working, talented, and pleasant to work with - Not corporate at all so there's a nice laid back vibe - Half days on Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day are a huge plus and you get a solid amount of vacation, personal, and sick days - Most people actually take a proper lunch break and eat in the kitchen which is not typically the case at other agencies where everyone eats at their desks while working - Generally, hard-working employees are recognized with a raise/promotion - Caliber of clients tends to be strong

Cons

- Because of the casual work environment, people can be unprofessional... this is not the case for everyone, but there are some strong personalities (including amongst management) so you need to be okay with dealing with that - Promotions/raises will be on freeze if there's a lack of client work overall which can be really unfair if your client work is going well and you have been told you will get a promotion/raise - There's a sink or swim mentality and little training so this is not a good place for people who aren't comfortable learning as they go
