      I love the facility and people I work with which is staffed through Select.

      Cons

      Working for Select there is a true misunderstanding and disrespect for therapy. The communication is a complete joke from leadership when a change that effects so many people's lives is brought to front line workers. We have zero benefits and there is no care for employees who love what they do in Therapy.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
