      Pros

      Great staff and fun work environment. I’m prn with them so minimal to no interaction with corporate or the daily issues that may arise but I enjoy working for them and their buildings.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
