      low interference from the corporate office. Allows decision making happen at the clinical level

      low interaction with the corporate office. The company does not pay out you earn PTO when they end the contract with the facility

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
