Pros
Perks are great, like paid gas on making quota. Quota is very doable with the right skills and training. We have some of the best sales trainers in the industry and reps aren't kicked out to the streets after a certain time frame. We continue to train and roll play as often as needed for success. It's a casual environment with real professionalism so new reps have the comfort to be themselves and learn how to gain more confidence in selling more product and selling with a higher margin.
Cons
It's commission ONLY. The only real downside is yourself. You're your own boss. What you put in is what you'll get from this job. You can do the bare minimum, have an ego, think you know it all and do ok. Or you can have an open mind, stay humble and continue to learn, grow and make more financially, build better relationships and become the rep we will train you to be.
