Poor health & safety, disengaged management - Lab Role Selden Research Employee Review

Awful view towards health and safety, should have been prioritised but at times didn't even feel safe working there. If you bring up H&S issues they don't go any further and you're expected to just get on with it. Some of the staff were the most disrespectful, sexist, homophobic people I've ever encountered. Management is so hands off it verges on non-existent, only feedback you get is negative when there's issues, no time for praise or good words.
