      Pros

      This is my 3rd startup and by far the most unique. Unique that the HQ is in France and the CEO has moved to SF to open this office and be closer to silicon valley. So there is a major French influence in all areas. Other great 'pro's': location, great culture (havent seen any of the mentioned negavtivity - likely those are from former regime), leadership is accessible and great product/vision.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced anything to speak of yet. We do share our floor with two other smaller companies so finding available conference rooms sometimes is a challenge.

      - Work Life Balance - Remote Environment - Management who cares - Room for collaboration - Customer Focused and Process Driven - CEO is incredibly personable and transparent - Account Management team has been CRUSHING their targets

      Cons

      - Due to small team, there is not a lot of time to get to know your co-workers - Need to focus more on training opportunities so that customer success team can grow

      Young company, fully remote in the US, decent health insurance

      Cons

      CEO tries to micromanage everyone in every department which pulls his time away from the important things --Expectations are based on EU market success which is not possible in the US. --No real training, you get thrown right in and are expected to succeed --Tech stack is terrible. They share passwords so they dont have to spend money on multiple users. --Product is very misleading and not truly Seiza's own product. It's held together by faith lol. Really hard to sell this product in the US since there is no real success to talk to.
