Upper management is entirely family or close family friends and this is where the focus of the company is. Actual technicians are rarely consulted when planning for jobs which makes the installs difficult after the job has already been sold with inferior products or bad installation methods. This company would rather churn hourly employees as they become miserable and disenfranchised with poorly planned projects than fix their method of selling and design. Also, Ed Seger has stepped away from the business and is no longer involved in its day to day operations and is retiring imminently.
