People have been bullied by the same person years before me and will continue years after me. Nothing has ever been done due to the relationship she has with senior management. Senior management is very derogatory re staff and have belittled their mental abilities to other staff members. HR and senior management work together to sweep issues under the rug rather than correcting this corrupt behaviour. This particular member of staff has been allowed to get away with making continuous racist remarks. Punished for whistleblowing and pushed out. Avoid at all costs. MQ.
