Pros
Lots of lovely, talented colleagues who are trying to do their best every single day. Pay and benefits are good. Flexible working in some roles.
Cons
Senior leadership changes so regularly that it's not worth learning their names. Employee ownership and their supposed values mean nothing in reality. Bullying is rife and openly talked about yet never resolved. Some people are untouchable and get away with everything. The company used to be a great place to work but it is getting more toxic by the day.
