Pros
generally low expectations, easy, remote. Product is easy to learn (oh look things on a map yay).
Cons
See headline. Also, they can’t sell to the govt because the product sucks (dataminr does it better and babel does it more in depth). Everybody who has worked under the President in a manager capacity has left. He’s a known problem but they can’t get rid of him. Their parent company continues to bail them out.
